Meet some of our key team members!
Independent Living Sales Consultant
Kerri Bryant has had two loves in her professional career: technology and senior living. She spent 20+ years in sales/management in progressive industry roles that started with selling a simple personal computer and evolved into the integrated technology that formed the internet infrastructure of today. When her mother moved into The Reserve at Hamilton Trace, Kerri swooned a second time, and signed on as the Independent Living Sales Specialist. As she busily shows people the gorgeous apartments and standalone cottages with amenities galore, her mom jokes about not seeing as much of her now that she works there! Kerri has lived in Fishers for 25 years and is blessed with a beautiful family including three wonderful teenage children and their dog, Oreo.
Director of Nursing, Hamilton Trace
Chelsea Knox has been the Director of Nursing at Hamilton Trace since April of 2018. She has been a member of the CarDon family since 2014 and has worked as a patient care nurse, Rehab Nurse Manager, and Assistant Director of Nursing before taking the reigns as the Director of Nursing. Her extensive experience at all levels of the rehabilitation continuum make her a great asset to her team, allowing her to provide direction and support at all levels. Chelsea has a quick laugh and believes in leading her team to have fun and work hard. Her energy and upbeat personality create an environment where everyone gets involved and jumps in whenever needed. When not at work, Chelsea enjoys eating out, hanging out at the lake and her German Shepard named Khaleesi and bulldog named Dexter.
Administrator, Hamilton Trace
The world of healthcare has been part of Bryan Lindsay’s life since he was a little boy. He grew up in Muncie, Indiana, where his father taught health sciences at Ball State University. Inspired by his dad’s work, Bryan pursued a master’s degree in health administration from the University of Kentucky, where he fell in love with working in long-term care. He has 10 years of experience under his belt as a health facility administrator. Outside of work, Bryan enjoys biking, camping and canoeing with his children and listening to his wife Brianne sing and play the piano. They have six children — four boys and two girls — and live happily in Fishers.
Director of Marketing and Admissions, Hamilton Trace
After graduating from Indiana University with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration and policy, Kassondra Hofer
Executive Director, The Reserve at Hamilton Trace
Senior living communities have played a key role in Jeremy North’s life. Not only did he fall in love with the field of long-term care, but he met his wife in the first senior living community he worked for five years ago. They share a passion for working in an environment in which they get to know people on a personal level and improve their quality of life. In addition to overseeing the daily operations of The Reserve, Jeremy is looking forward to the development of additional cottages on campus. Outside of work, he enjoys outdoor activities, particularly golf and boating. But his favorite pastime is investing in people’s lives, which makes him a perfect fit for CarDon.
Independent Living Sales Consultant, The Reserve at Hamilton Trace
Rachel Zinsmaster has a special place in her heart for senior care. She’s been working in this field since she graduated from Purdue University in 2012 with a degree in public health promotion. Her professional experience includes serving as a liaison between hospitals and senior living communities, helping individuals select independent living apartments, facilitating move-ins, and much more! She takes pride in being part of a support system for families. Rachel is starting a family of her own in Fishers soon — she and her husband are expecting a baby in the fall. They’re overwhelmed with excitement about this new chapter in their lives, and Rachel is grateful that CarDon is part of it.
